Synthapix Accessibility Policy

Effective Date: 23 May 2024

**1. Accessibility Statement**

Synthapix is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards as per UK laws and guidelines, including the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

**2. Compliance Status**

Synthapix strives to adhere to the following accessibility levels:

- **Level AAA**: Fully compliant
- **Level AA**: Partially compliant
- **Level A**: Not compliant

As of the latest review, our website and mobile applications aim to be Level AA compliant, meaning that while we have met many of the standards, some areas still require improvement.

**3. Non-Accessible Content**

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of our website and mobile applications, some content may not be fully accessible. The reasons for this include:

- **Non-compliance with national legislation**: Some older content may not fully meet current accessibility standards.
- **Disproportionate burden**: Due to limited resources, it may not be feasible to make all content fully accessible immediately.
- **Content outside the scope of the legislation**: Some third-party content, such as user-generated content or content not funded or developed by Synthapix, may not be fully accessible.

Where possible, we will provide accessible alternatives or facilitate access to such content.

**4. Preparation of the Statement**

This accessibility statement was prepared on 23 May 2024. The statement was prepared based on a self-assessment conducted by Synthapix. The statement was last reviewed on 23 May 2024.
